Manzanares / Sants
Friday at last, and I love ending it with an apartment like this. Simple, without too many frills, but it doesn’t need them either. A beautiful, bright apartment, ready to live life at 100%. That’s how I like apartments: with everything you need to truly enjoy them.
This 72m² (built area) apartment has been fully renovated. It’s on the second floor and features a spacious living-dining area, an open and equipped kitchen (without fridge or washing machine), an inverted extraction ventilation system, two full bathrooms (one en suite), one double bedroom, one single bedroom/office, and a hot/cold pump system. It has original wooden beam ceilings and exposed brick walls, and there is a communal rooftop terrace (with the possibility of agreeing with the owners’ association to privatize a section). The building dates back to 1936 and has an elevator.
