Sant Francesc / Cerdanyola ESC A - 2º3ª ( exterior )
Today we go a little further away from Barcelona to go to Cerdanyola, where we have a promotion for new apartments. These renders serve as a spoiler for what one of these spaces will be in the future. Lots of light, beautiful rooms and an incredible terrace. I can't wait to see it become a reality. This new construction development is located in Cerdanyola del Vallès and there are 28 homes in total (ground floor, intermediate and penthouses available).
They are apartments between 80m² and 104m², with between three and four bedrooms and two bathrooms. They have an equipped kitchen, living-dining room and large balconies and/or terraces. They have aerothermal and ducted air conditioning with heat pump, as well as photovoltaic solar panels. The property has a garden area with a community pool, as well as pre-installation for an electric vehicle, parking for bicycles and a storage room. The building has an elevator and its delivery is expected during the first quarter of 2026.
You will love it!
